 Why am I unable to connect via FTP even when the username and password is correct?
Solution If you are unable to access the site via FTP, please ensure that you are not behind a firewall or proxy server that is blocking access to FTP. As well, please try connecting to your domain name as the host, instead of an IP address. For example:

Host: yourdomain.com
Username: username
Password: yourpassword
