Why doesn't www work on my domain?
Why doesn't www work on my domain?
Solution
When you add a domain to Plesk, the WWW prefix is not added automatically. To add this, simply follow these steps:
Login to your Plesk control panel.
Locate your domain and navigate to its overview page.
For Plesk for Windows:
Click Rename Domain, check the WWW box, and click Submit.
For Plesk for Linux:
Click Domain Administrator, check the WWW box, and click Submit.
Once DNS records propagate
www.yourdomain.com
will work fine.
Applies to:
VPS Hosting
